Minimal data, visible boundaries.
This notice explains the intended production data flow. It is a pre-launch draft and must receive privacy/legal approval before mainnet activation.
What the service processes
- Wallet addresses, login signatures, session tokens stored as server-side hashes, and public transaction references.
- Prompts, negative prompts, request settings, rendered images, hashes, timing, and verifier decisions.
- Coarsened device/runtime compatibility evidence submitted with consent; raw user-agent strings and wallet identity are excluded from that evidence record.
- Security and operations events needed to prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
Why
We process this data to authenticate wallets, route and verify work, settle escrow, deliver results, measure compatibility, enforce limits, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
Who receives it
Prompts and images are visible to the selected contributor, authorized verifiers, and service operators. Hosting, RPC, blockchain, monitoring, and storage providers process limited data needed to provide their services. Public blockchain data is visible globally.
Retention
In the intended production configuration, terminal job images and consumer access tokens are removed after 7 days; terminal prompts are redacted after 30 days; compatibility evidence expires after 90 days. Hashes, minimal lifecycle records, security audit entries, and public blockchain records may remain longer. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by ShareMyAI.
Security and choices
We use hashed bearer credentials, role-separated signers, encryption and access controls, restrictive browser policy, backups, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure. You may stop contributing, revoke worker sessions, clear the model cache, disconnect your wallet, and avoid submitting sensitive material.
Requests and contact
Before launch, publish a monitored privacy contact, controller identity, jurisdiction-specific rights process, processor list, international-transfer terms, and appeal process. These are release gates, not optional follow-up work.
