TERMS / POINTS ALPHA

Use the network with your eyes open.

ShareMyAI is experimental software for requesting and contributing browser-based inference. The current release uses off-chain points, not a crypto token.

Alpha review draft · Updated August 28, 2026 · Counsel review remains required

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally able to use the service in your location. Connecting a wallet or using the service means you accept the published terms.

2. Experimental service

The WebGPU runtime, coordinator, verifiers, model artifacts, and other dependencies may fail, change, pause, or be discontinued. Availability, completion time, image quality, points, and future features are not guaranteed.

3. Wallet login

Your EOA is used as an account identifier. The points alpha requests a login signature, not a blockchain transaction, and does not require gas. You remain responsible for wallet security and for reading every wallet request before approving it.

4. Alpha points

Points are revocable, off-chain records used to test network accounting. They are non-transferable, cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed, have no cash value, and are not property, equity, debt, a deposit, or a promise of profit. We may correct or remove points affected by error, fraud, manipulation, duplicate identities, or abuse.

5. No promised token conversion

Points do not create a right to any present or future token, airdrop, allocation, exchange rate, or other benefit. Verified participation may be considered in a future program, but any such program would be separately announced, subject to eligibility, anti-abuse review, technical constraints, and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, confidential, or malicious material; evade limits; create deceptive identities; attack participants; manipulate verification; misrepresent generated content; or use the service where prohibited.

7. Content

You retain rights you hold in submitted prompts and accepted outputs. You grant the service the limited rights needed to route, render, verify, store, and deliver a request. You are responsible for having the rights to submitted material.

8. Enforcement and changes

We may cap, pause, reject, remove, correct, or restrict activity to protect users and the network. Material changes will be published with an updated date.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Final warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, sanctions, consumer-rights, privacy, and contact language must be approved by counsel.
